back​ ​then
around​ ​the​ ​edges
that​ ​is

unwinding​ ​or
skin​ ​tight
sometimes
loose in​ ​words

unravel​ ​me​ ​slow
and​ ​put​ ​me
back
as​ ​you​ ​found

better
how​ ​you​ ​left
quiet​ ​and​ ​folding

yours
til​ ​spring
or​ ​bloom

Amanda Scharf is a poet and bookmaker. She is the co-founder of publishing collaboration, Mixed Greens LA, and has exhibited at Printed Matter’s LA Art Book Fair at Museum of Contemporary Art. She has attended Community of Writers at Squaw Valley, Tin House Summer Workshop, and The Home School Poetry-Arts Conference. Amanda lives in Los Angeles.
